Find a meeting time

Turn availability statements into editable windows and find exact meeting overlaps across time zones. No calendar access needed.

One-off meeting only. Each window uses the selected date in that participant’s zone. Overnight windows can end the following day. Suggestions use a 15-minute UTC grid.

Optional AI interpretation

Manual processing stays in your browser. Ask Jev sends the following to our server and TypeSafe: the selected date, duration, participant labels, zones and availability text. Use non-sensitive samples. We do not add accounts, save your inputs, or send form contents to analytics.

AI proposals can be wrong. Review editable settings before processing. If Jev is unavailable, the manual tool still works.

Find shared time, not just timezone offsets

Enter each participant’s timezone and available window for a specific local date. The tool intersects the windows and respects one optional excluded interval per participant. Jev can interpret explicit times in short availability statements; review the populated fields before computing.

Supported availability

Start with “from 9am until 5pm, but not between noon and 1pm.” Include explicit start/end times or enter missing boundaries manually. Each participant can have one allowed window and one blocked interval. Different weekdays, recurring schedules and multiple allowed windows require manual resolution; no holidays, live calendars or actual attendance are inferred.

Daylight saving and local dates

Offsets are calculated for the exact selected date using IANA timezone rules, including half-hour and quarter-hour zones. Ambiguous and nonexistent local times at clock changes are rejected. An end earlier than its start is interpreted as the next day; every participant’s starting window uses the selected local date, which can rule out overlap across the international date line.

Results are proposals. Downloading an event does not book a meeting, contact anyone or establish their availability. Calendar files contain a generic Meeting title; private availability statements are not included.
